I want something from Juicy Couture.

A phrase I never thought I would say! But, after viewing the Holiday 2010 collection by Erin Fetherston (!!!), I might be realizing that JC is more than sweatsuits with words on the bum.

As long as I'm not adding Ed Hardy to my Christmas list, I'll be okay.

Root to root and tip to tip

I've been on a complete Laura Marling kick for the last couple of months and this short film shows some of the many reasons why I love her and relate to her music so well. She's amazing!

I'm Miss World

I love Hole, I really do. And I like Courtney Love as well. A few months ago I realised that early Courtney had subconciously become a style icon of mine. I was wearing a lace baby doll dress and combat-like boots and I asked my parents, "Is this outfit too Courtney Love?"

My dad replied, "Can you ever be too Courtney Love?"

New posts coming up (and I mean it this time.)

Marvelous Monday

Things I have been loving:

Blow Pops
I haven't had one of these in ages. My mom bought me a bag and I can't stop eating them. Except the grape ones, ick. Cherry is definitely my favorite flavor.

Cook and Katie from Skins.
Cook's episode was so good and I'm really looking forward to Katie's episode next week. When the second generation started, Cook and Katie were my least favorite characters and now it is the complete opposite.

R.I.P. Lee Alexander McQueen

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The world lost a very important and inspirational designer. Last year, someone asked me about my favorite runway collections and shows. The first collections that came to my mind was Alexander McQueen's Fall 2008 RTW.

From Style.com:
"I've got a 600-year-old elm tree in my garden," he said, "and I made up this story of a girl who lives in it and comes out of the darkness to meet a prince and become a queen." After a trip to India, the designer worked like a fiend for months in his studio, with images of Queen Victoria, the Duke of Wellington, and the Indian Empire running through his mind.

That is exactly what I love about fashion.

R.I.P. You will be missed.

Clarissa Explains It All.
Last week I rented the dvds from the library. I love it as much as I did when I was younger. It's crazy how 90% of her clothing and accessories are in style now.

Rapunzel, Rapunzel

I recently discovered Funcky Hair Clips, which is a shop on Etsy that specializes in hair clips, of course! The clips are designed to have a "vintage flair" and the shop is divided up into catagories such as art work, fairy tale, and my personal favorite, history.

Makeup in Wonderland

Two things you may or may not know about me:
1. Alice in Wonderland is one of my favorite books.
2. I am a complete makeup junkie and it's especially hard for me to turn away cosmetics with cute names and lovely packaging.

One of my favorite cosmetic brands, Urban Decay, have released a spectacular Alice In Wonderland eyeshadow pallete.

Fortunately for my wallet, it is currently sold out.

Paul & Joe Beaute have a Disney Alice themed collection for Spring. It's not available for purchase yet, but BritishBeautyBlogger has posted a few previews.

OPI is also offering four Alice in Wonderland nail polishes- Off With Her Red, Absolutely Alice, Thanks so Muchness and my personal favorite, Mad as a Hatter.

I am a big fan of Etsy.com and it's so lovely to see so many sellers and crafters coming together to raise money for Haiti. Hearts for Haiti has almost 300 items for sale with 100% of the proceeds being donated to Doctors Without Borders.

You can also browse here and here for more items and more shops that are donating proceeds to help Haiti.
